My husband and I started going to Perfect Fit Wellness mid January 2018, and we absolutely enjoy it. We love the location (near our home), the gym members, and most of all David. I am a trail runner (Veteran of Pikes Peak Ascent and Marathon), have been running for over 25years and have a lot of running injuries. I thought I was in shape, this gym has taught me otherwise in a very a good way. David is not only an amazing personal trainer but a spectacular educator. I participate in the boot camp, abs class, yoga, kettle bell, and dance class. I'm still not very good at Kettle Bell, abs or yoga but with David's education & passion I am improving. The dance class with Shawna has taught me some moves I didn't think I had, so much fun. I absolutely love the yoga class. I am a beginner and he not only teaches how to have a correct my form in yoga, but teaches you how to breath, to let go (open mind with no judgement) & to thank my body for being there and I also like the history & meaning of yoga that he teaches in class. I love that he is always there to correct my form in a positive way and not allowing me to give up...I am improving little by little and the best part I am loosing inches, and my husband lost 10lbs. YES !! :) My body is now looking more in fit, a different type of fit which is great. My arms , abs are much more defined. AND most of all my running injuries are gone and my running has improved. David has changed my fitness life, which makes me feel good on a daily basis in turn has changed my life overall. Thank you David, Kevin, and all the gym members for letting my husband and I be a part of your gym family.

Holy Yoga teacher training has increased my appreciation of David Corder as a yoga instructor even further. He incorporates so much and still manages to keep the approach simple, all the while encouraging challenge. I have such gratitude for the training I've received from David over the years. He's a top notch yoga instructor, and my love of yoga stems from his passion of teaching it. A portion of my style as an instructor will reflect a part of what David has instilled in me. I am certainly glad I found Perfect Fit! Getting a little cardio and attending Yin Yoga classes has given me more energy, fewer aches and pains and better quality sleep, in only 3 hours per week. This wellness center is for anyone looking to improve their quality of life. Horses in the fields along the way are a bonus!

I have been so blessed to have found Perfect Fit Wellness Center! I have wanted a place like this for years. Since I have started about 6 months ago, I have been felt more alive, more energetic, have a sense of well-being, and lost 8 to 9 lbs so far. In addition, I have received comments about how good I look, more trimmed down. Our instructor is the very best, in my opinion. He pushes to the limit and beyond, but also understands when we have reached our limit. He also is so encouraging with every improvement that is made. Getting on a regular exercise program like this is the best decision for your health & well-being that you can ever make!

Great gym with the most knowledgeable, positive and intelligent fitness instructor I've met. Everyone in the Colorado Springs/Falcon area not coming here is doing themselves a disservice, I recommend the boot camp and yoga classes.

What a most amazing Fitness Center! Eighteen months ago I strolled into this most unpretentious building, only to be greeted by David, with his big welcoming smile. He offered to give me a tour and I was immediately struck by the CLEANLINESS of the facility. Also, I was impressed with the extensive equipment available, all modern training equipment.
David explained the tri-weekly Boot Camp and Ab Classes available, along with his personal coaching, all for the ridiculously low price of only $80/month! What a value that is! So, after taking a 22 year hiatus from the gym to raise children, David patiently brought my now 55 year old body back to experience the physical strength that I had 20+ years ago!!!
I love the convenient schedule provided with four (4) daily Boot Camp & Ab classes taught three (3) days per week. No matter what my busy schedule brings, I can always choose the best time that works for MY schedule, so I rarely miss a Boot Camp & Ab class. Truly the best fitness center I have ever belonged to.

I wanted to write and thank you for working with me over the last year to develop my core strength and a regular exercise program. My past experiences with “training” programs all ended in a matter of days with the trainer saying that I was not cut out for the workouts. You have created a program for me to continue to be able to work out and strengthen my core and develop a healthy regimen for continuing work outs.

"I came to David after I broke my arm and had surgery. I had just started preparing to do a 60-mile walk and hadn't worked out in 3 months. I had a short time to build cardiovascular endurance. I have never had someone put me through a cardio circuit like David! He was also very accommodating and even came to our house. I was very impressed about how he handled my injury. He showed me exercises to build strength, but did not push me beyond my limits. He always had a watchful eye and would never let me compromise form. I don't like being pushed too far and he knows when to stop and re-evaluate. I never got frustrated and always enjoyed my workouts. I made it through the walk and am getting much more strengh in my arm because of David's knowledge."
