Boot Camps are like Personal Training without the cost. They are highly effective at producing the great results you are looking for. In Boot Camps you are guided through your exercises by David Corder-CPT with the same care he gives to all of his Personal Training Clients. Each Boot Camp is designed to make you sweat! That is the key to weight loss and gaining the muscle that we lose as we age.
We take great pleasure in designing camps that work every part of your body. There are days that you are working just your muscles for strength and then there are days for flexibility and cardio. The nicest thing about Boot Camps is that you don’t have to think, you just DO!
Come in for 30-45 minutes 3-4 times a week and you’ll be surprised by your results. Combine your Boot Camps with a good nutrition plan and see your results multiply.

Several times a year we offer courses that are meant to educate you in different areas of Wellness. One of our most popular is the great “Metabolism Make-Over” Course. Designed to be an all-in-one Nutrition Crash Course. It is taught by David Corder-CPT and is a 6-week program to get you on the right track with your eating habits.
The “Meditation Course” is an 8-week course. Come learn what Meditation is and what it is not. Learn to develop your mind and teach it to be “one pointed”. Meditation is so simple, but it just might be the hardest thing you have ever tried. Check the calendar of classes to see when it is taught.

You will find all of the equipment you could want in the gym. There is a cardio room with Treadmills, Elliptical Trainers. Bikes and Water Rowing Machine. In the main Gym you’ll find a wide assortment of free weights and Cybex Machines. There is plenty of Functional Training equipment and props throughout the Center.
No matter what your issue is we will find a way to help you deal with it. That is what “Personal Training” is all about.
